This workshop will cover the basics of tiling including repairing broken tiles and installing new tile. Join our Construction Manager, Shawn Greene, and Construction Crew Lead, Ashley Wilson, for a hands-on event. The workshop will include demonstration and discussion on tile cutting and setting including different types of material like stone, ceramic, and decorative mosaic. We'll also discuss a brief history of tile and what materials are best for different applications. Come ready to get your hands dirty and ask questions on your next home tiling project!
This event is free and open to the public. We ask that you kindly contact mlydon@revolutionworkshop.org if you can't make it so your spot will not be wasted. All tools, gloves, and materials will be provided. All workshops are 18+ unless otherwise specified; no experience necessary.
