About this event

  • 3 hours

This event will take place at The Rope Collective Studio in Barrio Logan, San Diego. Visit the Contact + Location tab of our website for studio access information.

EVENT DETAILS:

This is a space for you to learn from your peers - a classic skills share style event. Everyone has their own style and technique with rope, and its so valuable to learn from each other. This class gives students an opportunity to 1. share their favorite ties with their peers, and 2. practice teaching! Teaching is a great way to become more confident in your tying skills as well.

Please come prepared to show us your favorite tie OR if you don't want to teach and you just want to attend & learn from your peers, that is totally fine too!

Class Format: Everyone who wishes to share their tie will take turns teaching and demoing their tie, while the rest of the class watches & attempts the tie as well! Time will be limited to each person based on the number of people who wish to share a tie.

Partners preferred for this class, as there is no requirement for the ties to be self tie-able, but you can totally attempt it if you don't have a partner.
