A communal cooking & dining evening centred around learning how to make Thai massaman curry paste from scratch.

Together, we’ll get to know the ingredients and spices behind massaman curry before using traditional techniques with a pestle & mortar to make our own curry paste by hand.

Afterwards, we’ll cook and share a meal together, making massaman curry, ajard (Thai cucumber relish), and flaky roti - learning how to create those soft flaky layers.

You’ll head home with your own jar of curry paste, a recipe card, and a belly full of food 🌶️
