Agenda
1st & 3rd Mondays: Jordyn Arndt
Jordyn is a holistic yoga teacher with over ten years of practice and independent exploration of Eastern contemplative traditions. Certified as a 200-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with additional Yin & Somatics training from Kula Collective, she guides students through mindful movement and breath awareness to nurture resilience, presence, and balance. In her classes, students are invited to slow down, connect deeply with their breath, and cultivate a kind and accepting relationship with themselves. Her career in international relations and human rights informs the mindfulness and values she brings to her teaching, which emphasizes energy balance, self-compassion, and the mind-body connection.
2nd & 4th Mondays: Alesia Ze Gara
Alesia Za Gara is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), specializing in Hatha, Restorative, Chair, and Vinyasa yoga. Her inclusive and accessible classes are designed to meet every student where they are. Alesia believes that yoga is truly for every body, regardless of age, mobility, experience level, or background. Her teaching style emphasizes thoughtful modifications, mindful movement, and deep connection to breath, creating a welcoming and supportive space for all practitioners.
5th Mondays: Devyn Beswick
Devyn (she/her) is a storyteller, multidisciplinary artist, and RYT-200 yoga instructor based in Washington, DC. Devyn uses movement/embodiment practices and sound healing as a tool for creative expression. With gentle asana, guided meditations, breathwork, and her soothing handpan, her classes are deeply meditative, and encourage a practice of surrender.
