Ask Midlife, Live! Free AI Basics for Adults

Overview

Hands-on AI basics for adults new to AI. Free at your Seattle library. No experience or computer needed.

AI basics for adult learners

Curious about AI but not sure where to start? Bring your questions and we’ll work through them together, at your own pace, with support along the way.

Ask Midlife, Live! is a free community learning session that takes the mystery out of using AI in everyday life. You’ll get a short intro to AI chat tools, a chance to ask your burning questions, and a live look at how regular people use AI for personal projects. No experience needed. A computer is not required, but bring yours if you’d like to work on something specific.

Two sessions to choose from:

  • Wednesday, November 18, 5:30 to 7:30 PM, Delridge Library, 5423 Delridge Way SW, Seattle
  • Sunday, November 22, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Southwest Library, 9010 35th Ave SW, Seattle

Your host is Lisa Ordway, BSN, RN. For nearly 20 years she has taught nursing students of all ages and backgrounds, more than 1,000 in all, and she now pairs that background with AI to demystify it for everyone.

Free sessions run twice a month at Seattle libraries. Want a session for your team, business or community group? Midlife AI also teaches groups of up to 20. Learn more at midlifeai.co

For regular people. See what you’re capable of.
