Strength, control and expression, grounded in modern dance technique.
- Floor work: rolls, spirals and safe transitions in and out of the floor
- Release technique: contraction, release, breath and use of weight
- Turns, leaps & extensions: pirouette prep, spotting, développés and across-the-floor
- Expressive movement: dynamics, musicality and guided improvisation
- Week 4 (Sunday, Nov 22): Mini show-time
