Join Us for Sound Bath in Clifton!

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you simply lie down, settle in, and let waves of resonant sound wash over you. No experience, meditation background, or special preparation is needed, just an open mind and a willingness to rest.

What to Expect:

Crystal singing bowls produce rich, layered tones that support the nervous system in shifting out of stress and into deep rest. As the sound moves through the room, many people experience a quieting of racing thoughts, a release of physical tension, and a felt sense of calm that lingers well beyond the session itself.

Benefits include:

• Calms the nervous system and eases stress
• Supports mental clarity and emotional release
• Deepens meditation and body awareness
• Leaves you feeling grounded, restored, and at ease

What to Bring:
A yoga mat or blanket to lie on, and anything that helps you get comfortable (a pillow, an eye mask, a light layer for warmth). Chairs will also be available for anyone who prefers to sit. Mats will be available if you do not have one.

Please Note:
Please plan to arrive by 1:50 PM. Sessions begin promptly at 2:00 PM, and late arrival may disrupt the experience for others in the room.

Your Guide:
This sound bath is led by Dr. Andrea Howard, a Transpersonal Psychology PhD and certified sound bath facilitator, whose work centers on guiding women through meaningful life transitions with sacred practice and presence. This event is co-ed and all are welcome.
