Chill Yoga x Live Music featuring Indyah Larae

Yoga with Live Music featuring R&B singer Indyah Larae brings together a gentle, accessible yoga practice with the soulful sounds of live music, creating an immersive experience where movement, breath, and music flow together.

Jason will guide you through a steady, unhurried practice, linking breath and movement to build subtle warmth, mobility, and ease while creating space to soften, settle, and fully arrive in the present moment. Throughout the practice, R&B singer Indyah Larae will bring her soulful vocals and jazz and neo-soul influences into the room, creating a rich, intimate soundscape to accompany the movement.

Rather than simply providing a soundtrack, Indyah’s live music will be woven into the practice—creating a dynamic conversation between voice, breath, movement, and body.

Options and modifications will be offered throughout, making the practice welcoming for both newer students and experienced yogis alike.

As part of Yoga on Connecticut, a community yoga project, we’re excited to continue creating opportunities for the neighborhood to gather and experience the intersection of movement, mindfulness, music, and community.

Please bring your own mat and any preferred props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.), as this is a simple pop-up style class and props will not be provided.

Plan to arrive a little early to settle in, set up your space, and unwind before class begins—and stay afterward for tea, snacks, and community.
