Assistants, Automation or Agents: Which Does Your Business Actually Need?

Assistants, Automation or Agents: Which Does Your Business Actually Need?

Overview

See AI assistants, automation and agents demoed in real-life use cases, then hear what worked and what failed from women putting AI to work.

Learn AI Lab invites you to an evening of honest conversations and practical insights led by women who are putting AI to work.

Join us to hear from founders and builders who are turning AI into something tangible. We’ll get behind the scenes of what they’re building, what’s working, what’s harder than expected and what they’ve learned along the way.

Tickets just £10 for the evening (food and drink included in your ticket price!)

This is a charity event with ALL proceeds going to a chosen Charity Beneficiary.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Everyone is talking about AI assistants, automation and agents. Very few people explain the difference or which one you actually need.

Most businesses are stuck at step one: using ChatGPT or Claude as a chat tool. They know there's more but not sure what the next step looks like or what it takes to get there.

This evening fixes that!

What You'll Get

  • A clear, jargon-free explanation of the three levels: assistants, automation and agents
  • A demo of each so you can see the difference rather than just hear about it
  • Honest stories from the panel: what worked, what failed and what they'd do differently

Who It's For

  • Business owners, managers, freelancers and professionals who use AI a little, or not yet and want to know what to do next
  • Anyone who has thought "I'd love to build something with AI, but I'm not technical"
  • No technical background needed. If you already build with AI, you'll still get plenty from the panel
  • If you're AI-curious and want to learn more

The Panel

The evening will feature a live panel discussion and audience Q&A with:

  • Moderator: Eunice Baguma Ball, Co-Founder Ishango.AI
  • Monica Daswani, Founder Learn AI Lab
  • Sumathi Menon, CEO, Mave AI
  • Rajni Rughwani, Lead Product Analyst, Smart Pension

What You'll Walk Away With

  • Knowledge of which level fits your work right now
  • One practical step you can take the next day
  • New connections – network with like-minded business owners, consultants and leaders shaping the future with AI

Whether you’re technical, non-technical, AI-curious, or already building with these tools day to day, the goal of the evening is to create an open and practical space to learn, ask questions and connect with others exploring the future of AI.

Open to everyone, whether you're just getting started or already using AI every day.

Hurry now: Secure your spot now before tickets sell out!

Proceeds from ticket sales will go to a chosen Charity Beneficiary.
