Join us for a one-hour Pop-Up Mat Pilates + Wellness Experience at Nekter Juice Bar designed to help you move, reset, and prepare your mind and body for the upcoming fall and colder months. We’ll begin with a 45-minute mat Pilates flow, followed by a 15-minute wellness talk centered around the importance of movement, nourishment, and creating meaningful connection with yourself and your community. We will also talk about finding balance, prioritizing your well-being, and building healthy routines that can support you through the months when motivation, energy, and time may feel harder to come by. Mats and all equipment will be provided, along with a notebook for taking notes and a juice of your choice from Nekter Juice Bar to enjoy after the experience. Tickets are $35 and spots are limited, so come move, connect, nourish, and set yourself up for a healthier, more balanced season.
