LiLy Socials is a physician-led support and education group for anyone who has been diagnosed with lipedema or lymphedema, suspects they may have it, or is simply looking for answers. Whether you're newly diagnosed, managing your condition, or searching for clarity, you belong here.

This event features guest speaker Hilary Tarkington Stowers, and creates space for community, shared experience, and evidence-based education about lipedema and lymphedema care.

Guest Speaker:
Hilary Tarkington Stowers, Founder of Holistic Health and Nutrition, LLC, DBA Hilary Stowers Counseling. She is a National Certified Counselor and Board-Certified Resident-in-Counseling in the state of Virginia. Hilary is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a modality used to treat trauma, and she is a Certified Grief Counselor.

Self-diagnosed with Lipedema in 2014, Hilary has a unique lens through which she is able to understand and support clients with the condition. She believes in the mind-body connection and the importance of taking a comprehensive approach to address the overall well-being of clients. Hilary possesses a broad understanding of mental health issues and is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for clients to share, explore, heal, and grow.
