Root, Refill and Rise: Find Your Foundation to Flow Through the Week

Root, Refill & Rise is a gentle, accessible yoga and meditation series at The Magnolia Collective in Severna Park. We start the week grounded instead of already behind.

This is deliberately not a workout. It's an hour to arrive in your body, breathe properly, move without forcing anything, and leave with something steadier than you came in with.

WHY A SERIES INSTEAD OF DROP-INS

Something different happens over four weeks. You stop spending the first twenty minutes wondering whether you're doing it right. You get to know the handful of other people in the room. The practice starts to build on itself. That's worth committing to.

EACH WEEK

• Rooting — settling in, breath, and a grounding meditation

• Refilling — gentle, accessible movement, modified freely for every body

• Rising — a closing practice and an intention to carry into your week

GOOD TO KNOW

• Who it's for: all levels, all bodies, all ages. Especially good if you've been told yoga "isn't for you."

• Accessibility: chair and standing modifications offered for everything. No experience, no flexibility, no fitness prerequisite.

• What to bring: comfortable clothes and a mat if you have one. Mats available if you don't.

• Series price: $50 for all four weeks — a saving on the single-class rate.

• Small group. Space is limited.
