How It Works

Bring one 8"–12" cake or two dozen individually portioned desserts (cookies, brownies, bars, cupcakes, etc.), all made using gluten-free ingredients and preparation practices.

In exchange, you'll receive a take-home dessert box to fill with a delicious assortment of treats baked by fellow attendees. Discover new recipes, connect with local gluten-free bakers and small businesses, snap photos at our photo booth, and enter to win exciting giveaways throughout the event!

Important Information

• All desserts must be homemade and prepared using gluten-free ingredients while following appropriate gluten-free preparation practices to minimize the risk of cross-contact.
• To help everyone enjoy desserts safely, each participant must provide a complete ingredient list, clearly identify all major allergens, list any dietary designations (such as dairy-free, vegan, nut-free, egg-free, etc.), and indicate whether the dessert was made on shared equipment, in a shared facility, in a shared facility with dedicated gluten-free protocols, or in a dedicated gluten-free facility. Label cards will be provided at check-in.
• By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the event waiver included during registration.

• Please prepare all desserts in sanitary conditions and package them appropriately for sharing.
• FREE parking is available in the Rosslyn City Center garage (across from Compass Coffee), and we're just steps from the Rosslyn Metro Station.
