Is there parking at the Palisades Hub?

Accepted Answer

While the Hub does not have a parking lot there is ample, free street parking all along Cathedral Avenue and MacArthur Blvd as well as surrounding streets. Please do not use the gravel driveway or park on the lawn.

Is there public transport to the Palisades Hub?

Accepted Answer

Bus routes D94 and C81 have stops one block away on MacArthur Blvd. The closest Metro station is Tenleytown/AU Station, about 10 minutes away by car.

Is the Sanctuary at Palisades Hub accessible?

Accepted Answer

For events in the Sanctuary there is an exterior door on the same level that does not require stairs to access. However, the narrowest door into the Sanctuary from there is only 27" wide, and the bathroom door only 24.5" wide. We sincerely apologize to anyone affected by these shortcomings.

Is there seating at Palisades Hub events?

Accepted Answer

Events in the Sanctuary are fully seated. Events in the Social Hall offer seating as well, up to 70 chairs depending on how the room is configured. You can find more details on seating on the Hub website:  https://www.palisadeshub.org/rentals
