This is a space to finally feel what it's like to put it down, even for a moment.

Rooted & Real is a guided community grounding experience designed to help you pause, settle, and return to yourself. Through sound, atmosphere, stillness, and shared presence; you will settle. You will rise.

This is not therapy. Not a lecture. Not a performance. It is a carefully held communal experience — intimate, unhurried, and real.

You are welcome here exactly as you are. Come in your hoodie.

WHAT TO BRING

· A yoga mat
· A blanket (temperatures can vary)
· Yourself — nothing else is required
