Contra is a fun and easy dance, and darn it, you need more dancing in your life!
No experience needed! Come alone or with friends! All ages. All genders. All body types.
Liz Nelson calls to the music of Petrichord, which is Bobby LaRose (keys, mandolin, bones), Colleen Holroyd (fiddle, feet), and Sophie Chang (cello).
The lesson is at 7:30 pm, the dancing starts at 8:00 pm and goes until 11:00 pm!
NOTE: We now use a "Pay-what-you-can" sliding scale admission. That means you choose what to pay. The minimum is $5, the break-even price is $15, and any amount more will support your fellow dancers and keep this hallowed dance alive. Thank you!
