The Mentally Shredded Foundation was built to create impact. Through our flagship RX program, we developed a model that blends community, connection, and physically challenging workouts to strengthen both the body and mind. Over the past four years, results have shown this approach creates lasting change.RX, commonly known in the medical field as a prescription, represents our belief that real mental resilience requires intentional action. Mentally Shredded RX is designed as a prescription for whole health through movement, connection, and conversation.Mentally Shredded was built from lived experience navigating mental health challenges and the need for a clearer path forward. During this time we sit around and everyone is able to share based on guided questions. There will be a mental health practitioner there to support in the conversation. Our goal is we create space to share and receive the mental heath hurdles we are navigating.

Guided Post Workout Conversation

Close out the pop up event with conversation and connection amongst each other. Our hope is you leave with one connection you can nurture after the event.
