In every class you will work with a professional chef to learn true culinary skills including knife skills, sautéing, grilling, boiling, braising, baking, and more.All while exploring new world cuisines, healthy menus, seasonal dishes, vegetable cookery, pasta making and even gluten-free baking as you make sophisticated delicious dishes!  In addition to this, there includes unique and interactive cooking sessions which are like nothing you’ve ever experienced! <h2>Class Experience</h2>You’ll make wholesome quinoa veggie cups, crisp chicken (or tofu) lettuce wraps, and refreshing gazpacho shooters. Learn techniques for balancing textures, seasoning fresh ingredients, and creating beautiful, bite-sized presentations. Perfect for all skill levels, this class is a delicious way to explore healthy, feel-good dishes that are as fun to make as they are to eat. Menu:<ul><li>Quinoa veggie cups</li><li>Chicken (or tofu) lettuce wraps</li><li>Gazpacho shooters</li></ul> Cocktails, beer and wine are available for purchase at the bar. *Price is per person* Your purchase includes:<ul><li>One seat in the class</li><li>Recipes, which will be emailed at the end of class</li><li>Live step-by-step cooking instruction</li></ul> Classes are approximately 2 hours Sawyer is limited in its ability to register multiple people for a single class. So, if you would like to register another person for this class, you must sign them up as your child. Simply choose "ADD CHILD” and enter your guests name and a birthday. This will allow you to register another participant. Price is per person, so it will add the additional cost for the seat.
