Are children allowed to attend this class?

Accepted Answer

This class is 18 and older due to use of heat guns and other tools that require extra care. If you're looking for a class to bring your aspiring little maker, please check out our other classes! Majority of our classes are 13 years and older.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

For a full refund to your original payment method, attendees can reach out to our team via Eventbrite 3 days in advance of the class.

How can I get a refund or transfer if the class is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, our team will reach out via Eventbrite to inform you of class transfer and refund options.

Question 4

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our Union Market location is wheelchair accessible for the class area. Our Georgetown location's class area is on the second floor and is not wheelchair accessible.

Question 5

Can I use a Shop Made gift card to register for the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Shop Made gift cards can be used for classes, you will just need to contact the location directly to have the card processed in our system and we can manually enter you into the Eventbrite backend.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Teachers and Shop Made provide all class materials unless otherwise stated in the class description.
