Is this an in-person tour?

Yes. This is a fully in-person walking tour of our maternity units.

How long is the tour?

Tours typically last 45–60 minutes.

Question 3

Is the tour accessible?

Accepted Answer

The tour involves walking and standing for portions of the visit. Elevators are available. If you require mobility accommodations or interpretive services, please contact us in advance so we can best support you.

Question 4

Where do I park and check in?

Accepted Answer

Please park in Garage C. Use the garage elevator to go to Level 1, then stop at the Information Desk to check in. We recommend allowing for extra time to park and check-in. Your tour guide will meet you in the lobby and escort you to the tour location.

What if the tour I want is full?

If your preferred date is full, please select the waitlist option in Eventbrite or contact us at AAMCbirth@luminishealth.org. We will do our best to accommodate additional families or notify you if a spot becomes available.

Can I bring additional guests?

To ensure a quality experience for all attendees, we ask that only the expecting person and one support person attend.

Question 7

Can children attend the tour?

Accepted Answer

No. To help maintain a safe and focused environment for all participants and patients, children under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend the tour.

If I purchase more than one ticket, can I bring additional family members or guests?

To ensure as many families as possible can attend, each registration is limited to the expectant patient and one support person. We kindly ask that only one ticket be reserved per expectant patient.

Question 9

Can I take photos or record during the maternity tour?

Accepted Answer

To protect the privacy and safety of our patients, visitors, and staff, recording and photography in patient care areas are not permitted during the tour. Your guide will let you know when limited photos may be taken in designated areas.
