ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, explosiveness, endurance, and athleticism.

These workouts include sprints and plyometrics to increase speed and explosiveness, intervals to boost endurance, and functional movements to improve core strength and athleticism.

• All fitness levels are welcome.
• The event location is metro-accessible and parking is also available.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• Please arrive early. We do not want to turn you away for arriving late.
