What To Expect

Participants are asked to bring a small blanket for settling into a relaxed, meditative experience in our zero gravity, lie-back chairs.

Terry will lead the group in an exploratory conversation prior to the session beginning, where you'll anchor into a happy place in your life that will keep you grounded and at ease throughout the class.

Terry will lead you deeper into a state of relaxation, so you can connect into the subconscious mind in order to engage memories of past lives.

Following the session, there will be time for reflection and discussion—we recommend bringing a journal for this purpose!

About Terry Levitan

Terry is one of the co-owners of Annapolis Crystals and brings a grounded, trusted wisdom to her spiritually-centered work. A RN with over 40 years of experience working in Neonatal Intensive Care, maternal health, and hospice, Terry is an empath through and through. Now, Terry is a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists and specializes in past life exploration and chakra healing.
