Seasonal Harvesting, Gentle Yoga, & Sound Bath

The session will be held in the 'Octagon Dome' inside the Blueberry Gardens Healing Center.

What to Expect During the Session?

Enjoy a mini retreat that focuses on your health, wellness, and relaxation! The session will begin with a gentle flow yoga and breathwork, followed by a sound bath with crystal singing bowls, crystal harp, and chimes. At the end of the session, attendees can enjoy the delight of fruit and vegetable harvesting and indulge in light refreshments, tea, and water. Each student will receive a natural, plant-based skincare gift sponsored by O'Farril Glow.

Is There a Grace Period?

Yes. There is a 10-minute grace period from 2:00 pm to 2:10 pm to allow students to get settled in.

What to Bring?

You can bring a yoga mat, blanket, a small pillow, and something to cover your eyes. You can also bring your own water. Yoga mats and blankets will also be available at the venue.

Facility Info

The facility is a privately owned studio on 15 acres of land in Montgomery County, MD. It is a beautiful, quaint place. The Octagon Room projects a crisp sound due to its dome-like structure. Shoes are prohibited inside the octagon. The owners also have a produce farm! Blueberries bloom around the beginning of June, but are set to ripen around the time frame of this class. There is a separate charge for picking blueberries. Blueberry picking is subject to the ripeness of the fruit.

Parking Info

Park in the parking lot in front of the building or the driveway. There are 17 parking spots available. You are encouraged to carpool if possible.

The sound bowl portion of the session is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, expecting to be pregnant, or for individuals with pacemakers.
