ASC Strong is a group personal training session that improves your full-body strength and athleticism. These workouts include dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional equipment to make you stronger and well-balanced.

• All levels are welcome. Modifications can be provided for each exercise.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
