DMV Wine Festival
- Vendor spaces are 10x10
- Food vendor spaces are 10x15.
- Food truck vendors are welcomed.
- Vendors have to provide their own tables, tent, chair and linen.
- WiFi is not available.
- Power is not provided vendor must supply their own generators or power supply if power is needed.
- No beverage sales allowed.
- No THC or infused products are allowed.
- Italian water ice, smoothie, or ice cream vendors are not allowed.
- This is an outdoor event rain or shine.
- Vendor sign up is on a first come basis.
- Vendor spots are very limited.
- All vendor staff must be 21 and over.
- Vendors will receive a vending information packet one week before the event. Which will include load in and out information.
- Animals (pets) are not allowed.
All tents must be weighted down to the ground using sandbags or weighted plates minimum of 25lbs per leg. (Most stores that sell camping gear will sell weights) Walmart, Dicks Sporting Goods or Amazon would be a good place to check first. Please DO NOT use anchored spikes!

***All Food Venders***
All food vendors are required to have worker’s compensation insurance and a health certificate from the Anne Arundel Department of Health. It is the responsibility of the vendor to apply for worker's compensation and a health permit from Anne Arundel County prior to the event. Health Department phone # 410 222-7239.
***Food truck vendors are also required to display a Anne Arundel County Fire Marshal inspection sticker or proof of certification by the Fire Marshal’s office. No inspections will be conducted the day of the event. The inspection is scheduled by appointment only via an email to fdfoodtrucks@aacounty.org This inspection can take weeks to months to complete, please schedule in advance.Food Truck Inspections
Type K Fire Extinguisher
The health department will come by and inspect your booth the day of the event.
Hand wash area with grey water barrel.
If large cookers or fryers are to be used, they MUST be gas and 10 feet from your tent and buildings per Fire Marshal.
Propane tanks must be anchored and secured properly.
All grills must be 10ft in all directions from your vendor space unless approved by the Fire Marshal.
All grills and fryers must operate on grass areas only.
Grease and grease products must be removed from the fairgrounds. Do not dump charcoal, grease or grease products in the portable toilets, dumpsters, trash cans, gray water barrels or on the grounds.
