Free Yoga: Fridays are an educational space for newly-certified instructor, Talia Roman, to begin their teaching career, while providing a free learning space for the community. Free Yoga: Fridays is open to all levels and will offer modifications and adjustments centered around different experiences. Founded in growth and joy, be sure to take advantage of this unique and wonderful opportunity !

Participants should bring their own mat and water bottle. No late entry

Instructor: Talia Roman
Talia Roman is a newly RYT-200 certified yoga teacher from Arlington, VA. She completed her certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa style yoga in Goa, India in November of 2025. Talia is excited to begin her teaching career with MOCA and strives to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for your practice.
