Anna Moser-Gallego is a 200 hour certified Yoga teacher, Reiki Teacher, Qi Gong practitioner, and Stretch Coach. Anna is a founding member of YogaSix Ashburn and practices yoga daily.
About Karen:
Karen Gabel Speroni, PhD, and 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, is a lifelong advocate for wholistic wellness. She has practiced yoga and meditation for over 3 decades. As a research scientist she has incorporated a wide array of wellness-related aspects into many studies and topics that she has published. In her yin classes, she will invite you to partake in a mid-day restoration, nervous system reset, and gentle fascial release, through gentle hip and heart openers intended to release morning tension and recharge you for the afternoon!
