Terms and Conditions for TIA Ghana Tour


Introduction

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you (the "Participant") and Afropolitan Cities ("we", "us", "our") for the TIA Ghana Tour ("Tour"). By booking a spot on the Tour, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


Pricing and Payment

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person is required by June 15, 2024, to secure your spot on the Tour. This deposit is part of the total cost of the package you select.
    • Balance Payment: The remaining balance for your selected package is due by August 15, 2024. The full package price is dependent on the package selected:
    • Standard Package (Double Occupancy): $3,500 per person.
    • Gold Package (Single Occupancy): $4,200 per person.

Inclusions

The Tour package price includes the following:

  • Accommodation as per the selected package.
  • Ground transportation.
  • Entry fees for all events, including Akwaaba night.
  • Tourist site entry fees.
  • Services of a group tour guide and chaperone.
  • Daily snacks (water, drinks, and local chips)

Please note that air travel tickets are not included in the package price.


Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Deadline: You may cancel your participation in the Tour on or before August 15, 2024.
  • Refund Policy: Upon cancellation before the deadline, you will receive a refund of the payments made, less the non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after the deadline. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of the cancellation request.
  • Non-refundable Deposit: The deposit payment is not refundable under any circumstances.


General

  • All sales are final, and no refunds will be provided outside the conditions stated above.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary of the Tour as necessary.
  • Participants are responsible for meeting all health and fitness requirements for the Tour
