Join our FREE Women-Led & Women-Oriented Self Defense Program dedicated to providing the knowledge and tools required to defend Oneself, children, elders, and community members as well as raise your public & personal awareness. This In-Person class will take place every Thursday, 6:30PM-8PM @ NCC.

ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS AND AGES ARE WELCOMED!
From beginners to experienced students; all are welcomed. All students will learn essential yet simple self-defense techniques that are a combination of Karate, Boxing, & Jiu-Jitsu. Our instructors will guide you through real life scenarios & exercises.

OUR MISSION FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS:
+ Improve self-confidence
+ Improve your public & situational awareness*
+ Better understand the natural weapons of the body
+ Learn how to better protect yourself in various scenarios
*This class aims to shed light on the pressing public issue of increased domestic abuse, generational trauma, & globalized modern slavery. Through open discussions, personal testimonies, and real life demonstrations & exercises we'll explore the challenges faced by women, children, & other marginalized individuals within this resourceful support group and advocate for our community's safety.

Class is always FREE, but open donations are always welcomed to keep our non-profit grassroots program running. Donation Sliding Scale: $5 or $25 per person, whatever you can afford.

Yes, all ages are welcomed. Parents are encouraged to bring their children as this is a family-oriented program.
Yes, half the class is an introduction and discussion, but the other half of the class requires light to moderate physical activities including some stretching work out. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water. Limited snack & beverages will be available.
Yes, this class is FREE and organized by Las Vegas Community Volunteers and Non-Profit Grassroots Orgs. We do ask each student to make a Sliding Scale Donation of $5 thru $25 per class. Whatever you can afford.
