Jason Myerson PT, DPT, DMT, OCS, CMP, CMTPT, FAAOMPTJason is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with his Masters of Physical Therapy and Arcadia University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. He went on to complete Manual Therapy Residency and Fellowship training through the Ola Grimsby Institute. Through the OGI he achieved a Doctorate in Manual Therapy (DMT) and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT). He also is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), certified as a Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) and certified in Dry Needling through Myopain Seminars (CMTPT).He serves as adjunct faculty in the Department of Physical Therapy at Sacred Heart University.  He is the cofounder of Partners4RehabExcellence (www.Partners4Rehab.com), providing continuing education for rehabilitation professionals.Jason’s interests include spinal manipulation, advanced soft tissue mobilization, Dry Needling, exercise prescription as well as the integration of “Therapeutic Alliance” and “Pain Neuroscience Education” into his clinical practice.

<h1><a href="https://www.partners4rehab.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Partners 4 Rehab Excellence</a></h1><h3> presents:</h3><h3><strong>Thrust Manipulation for Upper Quarter Dysfunction: A Case Based Approach</strong></h3><p><strong>Course Description:</strong></p><p>This weekend case-based lab course includes manipulation (thrust mobilization) techniques from a research and evidence-informed perspective directed at the <strong>cervical spine, thoracic spine and upper extremity. </strong>The course is designed to emphasize clinical reasoning, therapeutic alliance, with heavy concentration of the psychomotor skill development of manipulation techniques for orthopedic manual physical therapists. This course will include the clinical reasoning behind the use of these techniques to improve pain, movement and functional outcomes for patients with upper quarter musculoskeletal dysfunction. Manual therapy interventions are presented through live lab demonstrations.
