April D. Halliburton, as a single mom of two Dynamic Children, started the Entrepreneurial Journey and founded All-4-HR & Business Solutions LLC in 2009, after working as a Legal/Secretary and Assistant for almost 25 years. Her company provides expert human management consulting services to small-midsize businesses with 10-70 employees in the U.S. She has almost two decades of experience in the human resource management industry. April holds a BA in Business Administration; MBA in Strategic Management/HR Management Certificate, as well as she has completed the PhD coursework in Organizational Management.
