Thrive Together, a one-day conference hosted by the Thrive Center for Children, Families, and Communities at Georgetown University.
Welcome to Thrive Together!
Join the Thrive Center for Children, Families, and Communities on December 9th for a day bringing together philanthropists, systems leaders, researchers, practitioners, and innovators working across family mental health, early childhood, K–12 mental health, and intellectual and developmental disability.
The challenges facing children and families increasingly cross the boundaries of any one field or institution. Thrive Together is designed to cross those boundaries, too.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore what leaders are seeing on the ground, where existing systems are falling short, and where there is real opportunity for innovation and investment. Most importantly, we’ll meet the people building new approaches in response.
The day will culminate in the Thrive Center Innovation Fellowship, where our newest cohort of Fellows will share the solutions they have spent months developing, testing, and strengthening alongside Georgetown faculty, advisors, community partners, and one another. These innovators are tackling some of the most persistent challenges facing children, families, and communities and offering a glimpse of what the future could look like if promising ideas have the support to grow.
Thrive Together is an opportunity not simply to hear about what's next, but to help shape what comes next: to learn alongside peers, connect across traditionally siloed fields, hear directly from innovators, and consider how philanthropy can accelerate solutions with the potential for lasting impact.
We hope you’ll join us for a day grounded in a simple idea: our biggest challenges won't be solved in isolation. We have to build the solutions, together.
