Thrive Monthly

Spokane Public Library - Liberty ParkSpokane, WA
Thursday, Mar 12 from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
Overview

A free, monthly space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — with yourself, with others, and with what matters most to you.

In a world of constant change, uncertainty, and distraction, it’s easy to lose touch with what truly matters. Thrive Monthly offers a welcoming space to step out of autopilot and return to center — supported by gentle structure and authentic human connection.

Each gathering follows a simple, repeatable reflection rhythm that supports grounding, clarity, and intentional growth — without pressure or overwhelm. Together, we pause to reflect on what’s been unfolding, reconnect with what matters most, and identify one meaningful, aligned step forward.

This is not a lecture or class. There is no cost to attend, and no prior experience is needed. All are welcome.

Helping Spokane flourish — one grounded, connected human at a time.

THE FLOW

Thrive Monthly offers guided reflection and intentional connection with others in a calm, welcoming environment.

At times, we’ll also explore simple perspectives, ideas, or frameworks designed to support clarity and meaningful action — always practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.

You can anticipate:

  • time to slow down and reflect
  • thoughtful prompts to support clarity and grounding
  • meaningful connections and discussions with others
  • simple perspectives or frameworks to support your insight and next steps
  • a steady, unrushed pace, gently guided by an experienced facilitator

There’s no fixing, forcing, or performing here — just space to be human.

WHAT TO BRING

This is a participatory, engaging gathering, so we invite you to come ready to reflect and connect.

Please bring:

  • a pen and notebook or journal
  • your own water or favorite non-alcoholic beverage
  • anything you need to feel comfortable and present (layers, cushion, etc.)
  • an open, curious presence and a willingness to explore what’s unfolding in your life

You’re also welcome to invite a friend.

FOOD & DRINK GUIDELINES

You’re welcome to bring your own water, favorite non-alcoholic beverage, or a light snack. We ask that you choose options that are respectful of the shared space.

  • low-odor foods
  • nourishing, grounding options your future best self would feel good about
  • enough for yourself (no need to bring for others unless you want to)

Alcohol is not part of this gathering.

Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable and welcoming for everyone.

CAN'T WAIT TO SEE YOU!

Come as you are. Leave more connected — to yourself, to others, and to what matters most.
