About this event

Join long time friends, Christie and Jamie, as they study the Mental Health Grace Alliance workbook THRIVE. This workbook explores Physical, Mental, Spiritual, and Relational care.

The purpose is to create a safe environment to learn about mental health care, share our thoughts and emotions, offer support and encouragement to one another through trials, heartaches, and celebrations.

Tuesdays, February 6 - June 25
6 - 7:30 p.m.

Registration is confidential and FREE. It is not required but helpful. We ask you to bring $30 to our first meeting to offset the cost of the workbook. (If you would like to join the group but are struggling financially, please let us know and we’ll help offset the cost.) Space is limited. This study is for women 18 and older only.

A little background on Christie...Several years ago our youngest daughter experienced the loss of a friend to suicide, which led to severe anxiety and depression. Over the next few years, she attended intensive outpatient therapy and was eventually hospitalized. During that time, my husband and I were at a loss on how to help her. We reached out to a relative who recommended the Family Grace workbook by Mental Health Grace Alliance. This study provided the practical help, insight and hope our family needed. We are extremely grateful for this resource.
