Three Roots - Grounded Movement
Join us as Natalie leads a grounded flow for us before drifting off into a sound journey in the park!
This is a donation-based outdoor wellness event featuring a grounding yoga flow led by Natalie from Three Roots Yoga, followed by a sound healing session. The yoga class is designed to be accessible for all levels and focuses on establishing a grounded practice by connecting with the earth through your lower body—feet, legs, hips, and pelvis—which serves as your root system for deeper work. The practice likely incorporates somatic techniques to help regulate the nervous system and release tension. Following the yoga, you'll experience a sound healing session using instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes to calm the nervous system, ease stress, and promote deep relaxation, leaving you feeling grounded and refreshed. The entire event takes place in a park setting, allowing you to connect with nature while practicing community-based healing.
We will be just beside the Cypress Pavilion in the north end of the park.
