Three Miles celebrates the neighbouring land and a light carbon footprint with a plant-based feast of foraged and locally produced ingredients from within a three-mile radius of the venue. Our Alchemy Bar will be prescribing botanical elixirs and herbal preparations. 
Expect wild foraged ingredients and plants you may never have heard of. Guilt-free, playful and inspiring. Educational but not sanctimonious, this is about celebrating the local land and encouraging the use of native and seasonal ingredients. John the Poacher will be on hand to talk foraging &amp; guide you in plant identification.

Fermented, salted, pickled &amp; jerk fairy ring mushrooms with horseradish mascarpone &amp; potato rosti
Five berry tasting plate with salted pine caramel, fig leaf moss &amp; watercress granita
Limoncello &amp; shards of chocolate with roasted alexander seeds
