I’m Mads!

I’m a “healer”, essentially I create safe spaces for you to come back to yourself. I do this through touch(massage), movement(yoga), sound (crystal bowls) or just actively listening.

I love helping people embrace their inner child and enjoy life again. Even if it is just for an hour!

When im not helping others I’m spending copious amounts of time with my dogs and friends enjoying life and being in the present moment-making sure to incorporate yoga in my daily life as well(not just on the mat).
