1:00 p.m. - District Directors and Deputy Presidents Meeting

3:30 p.m. – Executive Committee Meeting

5:00 p.m. - Patron Event (Separate RSVP Here)

7:00 p.m. - Dinner on your own

8:00 a.m. - Registration/Check-in

9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. – Board of Directors Meeting

If your plans change and you will not be able to attend after you register, we would appreciate you letting us know in advance, so we may have an accurate headcount for meals.

Bylaws – Article VII, Section 1(c) states “Two unexcused absences from meetings of the Board of Directors in any one year shall result in automatic expulsion from the Board. An excused absence shall be granted only by the President.” president@tfrw.org

What's the refund policy?

No refunds will be given for cancellations; however, name changes will be allowed. All name changes must be received by TFRW in writing by mail or email. Email name change requests to tfrw@tfrw.org, or mail them to TFRW, 13740 N Highway 183, Suite J4, Austin, Texas 78750-1832. Changes in hotel reservations must be handled with the hotel directly.
