Since 1997, South Hero Land Trust has dedicated itself to working within the community to protect and nurture our most important assets: the land, and the people who live, play, love, and grow on it.There are many ways in which South Hero Land Trust does it's work: building strong community ties, forging partnerships with farmers, establishing critical links between consumers and farmers, geting kids and adults out onto the land, education about our natural world, school programs, and of course, land conservation. We hope you'll read more about our exciting work.

Join us for an morning ramble at Round Pond Natural Area and discover all of the winged creatures that live there, from birds to butterflies to dragonflies. We'll be joined by expert naturalist Sean Beckett. Bring your binoculars and walking shoes, but please leave dogs at home this time. If you have questions please email guy@shlt.org or call 372-3786. This event is free and open to all.
