Join us for a Therapeutic Journaling Workshop at the Be Well Collective. This in-person event is your chance to discover the healing power of journaling in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Led by a seasoned therapist and avid journaler, this workshop will guide you through various journaling techniques and exercises designed to promote self-reflection, self-expression, and personal growth. Whether you're new to journaling or a seasoned writer, this workshop offers something for everyone.

During the workshop, you'll learn how to use journaling as a tool for stress relief, emotional processing, and self-discovery. Engage in interactive activities and discussions, and gain valuable insights into your own thoughts and feelings. Connect with like-minded individuals and share your experiences in a non-judgmental space.

No prior writing experience is necessary – just bring yourself, your favorite pen, and an open mind.

As a couple of bonuses, participants will also receive a digital copy of my Journal Prompts handout to keep the writing flowing after our workshop, and will have the opportunity to sign up for a follow-up group coaching call in a few weeks to see how it's been going.
