Over the course of a week, dive into these poetic and valuable teachings and realign yourself towards a yogic understanding of happiness. This course focuses primarily on Book I and Book II of the Yoga Sutras and draws upon key Sutras from Book III and Book IV. More than merely an academic approach, Tim teaches the practical application of the teachings in practice and life. Expect to laugh as Tim’s humorous, yet profound approach unlocks the deeper meaning within these ancient pearls of wisdom and makes for a fun and enlightening class. All levels are welcome.
