In 2025 Hastings Writers Workshop founder James Young & Irish theatre-maker Helen Black started Story Club, a much loved live storytelling night. Now, Story Club returns, bigger and better than ever, as The Yarn, monthly at the fabulous French’s bar on Robertson Street.
