The X Conference 2024

This event is designed for junior high, high school and college-age students, as well as for ministry and worship leaders. Our goal is to encourage students to come to know God, know Him better and to inspire leaders in ministry. This event is jam-packed with worship experiences and life-changing sessions designed to draw us closer to Jesus. Get ready for the best weekend of 2024.

WHO CAN ATTEND THE X CONFERENCE?

The X is designed for junior high, high school and college-age students in the relative age range of 12-24.

CAN PEOPLE OVER THE AGE OF 24 ATTEND?

If you are in student ministry or you are the leader of a group of students attending the conference, we'd love to see you at The X.

WILL THERE BE CHILDCARE AVAILABLE?

No. While families are extremely important to us, there will not be childcare available during the conference and we are unable to accommodate young children. Please make outside arrangements for childcare if you plan to attend The X.

WHAT KIND OF SECURITY MEASURES DO YOU TAKE TO KEEP STUDENTS ON THE PREMISES?

We have a security team available at all times while the building is open during conference.

BAG POLICY

To provide a safer environment for The X attendees and significantly expedite entry into the conference, we have implemented a policy that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought into the conference.

We strongly encourage conference attendees not to bring bags. If a bag is needed, only small clutch bags (approximately the size of a hand) with or without a handle or strap may be taken into the conference.

Exceptions:

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at the registration area designated for this purpose. This includes packed lunches/dinners for those with food allergies or dietary needs.

• An exception will be made for ministry leaders attending with a group. Such leaders are permitted one bag/book bag per group for the purpose of carrying forms and items necessary to lead the group. If this applies to you, as you enter your bag will be checked and marked with a wristband.

WHEN IS CONFERENCE MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE?

Conference merchandise will be available while supplies last at the door.

IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?

No, The X Conference is a free event for students.

ARE THERE DAY OR SESSION PASSES AVAILABLE?

We recommend that you reserve your place now by registering in full for the conference. Friday and Saturday “evening only” admissions may open closer to the conference if seating is available.

CAN I REQUEST GROUP SEATING?

Sure! To request a section of seats reserved for your group, please email Justin Conley, Conference Director, at justin.conley@wom.church. Please note: We cannot guarantee where your reserved seating will be in the auditorium. If you prefer to choose your own seats, we recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to when doors open.

We'll be there all day, is there a dinner break?

Yes! We will break for 90 minutes for dinner. There will be food trucks on site for you to purchase food if you'd like.
