About this event

You can run, jog or walk on our kid and pet friendly paved course that goes around Eyeman and Washington Parks. Three laps around completes the 5k, with 5 color stations on each lap. There will be 1 water station set up along the course. There will be a DJ playing music throughout the course of the event. We have a raffle of various items donated by local businesses and individuals from the community. There will be 2 cornhole boards set up so you can pass the time waiting for the run to begin, or play after you've finished. We will have organizations there that specialize in addiction treatment services, as well as Narcan training and free Narcan for all interested. Be sure to purchase your fun run tutu from our display before getting pictures taken in front of our fun photo prop. We will also have color powder packets available for purchase. Register in advance to receive a swag bag consisting of an event t-shirt, color powder packet, sunglasses and a face mask. All proceeds from the event are donated to The Fayette County Prevention Coalition.
