May Bootcamp Series at The Wonderer

All levels are welcome!

Join us this May for an action-packed, high-energy Bootcamp Series at The Wonderer! Our amazing instructors Holly, Amanda, Maggie, and Luke will lead you through four unforgettable weeks of fitness, fun, and community. This bootcamp is open to participants 25+ and will take place every Saturday in May (May 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th) at 10:00 AM.

What's included:
4 dynamic workout sessions (one per week, all four dates included in the ticket price)

  • Week 1: Kickoff HIIT (May 3rd) – Start your bootcamp journey with a high-intensity interval training session to get your heart pumping.
  • Week 2: Beach Workout (May 10th) – Embrace the summer vibes with a beach-inspired workout to build strength and endurance.
  • Week 3: Run, Swim & Yoga (May 17th) – Combine running, swimming, and yoga for a full-body challenge that will push you to new limits. Choose one of these workouts, or take on all three!
  • Week 4: Collaboration with Revival Fitness ft. DJ Seth Lazor (May 24th) – End the series with an exciting collaboration featuring a live DJ set to elevate your workout experience!
