The WICT Network: NY chapter is partnering with The Colorful Connections (CC) team to deliver a 60 minute DEI workshop. This workshop will help RETAIN an inclusive membership experience for The WICT Network, and also equip professionals with essential skills to elevate individual performance in their respective jobs.
Workshop Topic:
Cultivating a Respectful Multigenerational Workplace - Cultivating a respectful multigenerational workplace workshop focuses on understanding and appreciating the diverse perspectives, values, and communication styles of different age groups within an organization. It aims to foster collaboration and mutual respect among employees from various generations, such as Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Topics may include bridging communication gaps, leveraging generational strengths, and creating an inclusive environment that values the contributions of individuals at different stages of their careers.
