This event is part of our ongoing women’s health and wellness series, designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
This is more than a workout, it’s an opportunity to move your body, release stress, and reconnect with your strength in a supportive and uplifting environment. Guided by a professional boxing instructor, participants will engage in a high-energy boxing session that is welcoming and accessible for all fitness levels.
