The Weekender

The Weekender is a collaborative effort between The Harrisburg Housing Authority, The City Of Harrisburg, Levels Ready Entertainment and The Singer's Lounge.

August 13th – 15th All roads lead to Harrisburg for The Weekender. As a joint venture between the Harrisburg Housing Authority, the City of Harrisburg, Levels Ready Entertainment, and The Singer’s Lounge, we are bringing a unique urban festival to the Harrisburg summer lineup, with local, regional, and national recording acts!
The Weekender, which is free to the general public, and spans over 3 days. The Event Schedule is as follows:
Thursday, August 13th – The NetWorth Summit/ Nestle Purina Job Fair 12pm-9pm Harrisburg Hilton Hotel
The Weekender kicks off with a Summit that is all about getting your money right. No matter whether you are looking for a new job, looking for funding to start a business, or are looking to improve your personal credit, we have it all here! 
Employers like Hershey and Nestle have hundreds of positions that they are recruiting for and are looking for their next team members at the NetWorth Summit. In the evening, you will have the opportunity to begin mapping your family's personal wealth plan.  
Friday, August 14th – HHA Community Day 4pm-8pm Hall Manor
Friday offers family-friendly activities, free food (1st 300 people), Live DJ, and field games. The day will also feature Health Screenings, a school supply giveaway, and a free concert. Community Organizations are welcomed and encouraged to participate. Email weekenderhbg@gmail.com to request vendor information.
Saturday, August 15th – Music in the Park Noon-8pm Reservoir Park
Saturday's Music in the Park will offer a fun-filled day of music and entertainment featuring local legends, rising stars, and internationally renowned hip hop and r&b artists! Bring your lawn chairs, umbrellas, and excitement! We have a day full of music and fun planned for the whole family. The little ones can run wild in our Kids Zone while mom and dad relax to their favorite tunes. Food vendors and local shops offer one-of-a-kind treats, and mouth-watering eats. Our headline artist is one you definitely don't want to miss!
