The Vision Builder Intensive is a curated, high-impact experience designed for women who feel called to build something meaningful — but need the clarity, structure, and strategy to move forward with confidence.

Led by Brittany N. Watson, Founder & Leadership Development Architect, this intimate intensive equips visionary women with the foundational tools required to transform ideas into sustainable businesses or impact-driven organizations.

Through a powerful blend of faith-forward encouragement and executive-level strategy, attendees will move beyond inspiration and into aligned action. This is not simply a workshop — it is a working session created to help you gain direction, make strategic decisions, and step fully into your leadership.

During this experience, participants will clarify their vision, determine the appropriate structure for their idea, identify who they are called to serve, and begin architecting offers or programs designed for long-term sustainability. Each attendee will leave with a focused action plan and the confidence to begin building immediately.
