THE VERY LAST SEW GLAMPEROUS RETREAT- Vintage Registration- May 28-31, 2024

Each year we offer the opportunity for Vintage Campers to come to Hamilton for our Sew Glamperous Retreat. We want to have at least a dozen Vintage Trailers. This is not a place to register if you plan to attend the retreat but not bring a camper. Please do not sign up here if you are planning to be a commuter. (To be clear this registration is not for people staying at A Country Charm or Wallace State Park, who want to camp and attend the retreat, but will not be putting their campers on display. ) There are only two options. Either you stay at the retreat Center or you stay in your Vintage Camper. All other registrations will be rejected.

YOU MAY SET UP ON MEMORIAL DAY MONDAY, MAY 27. WE WILL NOT BE HERE ON THE 27TH BUT YOU CAN STILL SET UP THAT DAY UNATTENDED BY MSQC STAFF. WE WILL LEAVE THE BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS OPEN AND AVAILBLE FOR YOU. THERE WILL NOT BE A HOSTESS AT MISSOURI STAR AS THIS IS A DAY OFF FOR OUR EMPLOYEES. WE WILL HAVE FELLOW CAMPERS THERE WHO CAN HELP YOU SET UP.

Calling all GLAMPERS!!

Our Sew Glamperous Retreat will be held Tuesday, May 31 through Friday, May 31. We are looking for vintage glamped trailers to park in our cute little town. So pack up your little beauty and bring her to Hamilton to spend the week in Quilt Town, USA. You can come on Monday, May 27th to set up or on Tuesday as well. We will have regular classes you can take. We will provide electricity but you will be dry camping. Bathrooms and showers will be made available to you.

We'll have a glamper tour on Thursday afternoon and evening open to the public. Admission will be canned goods for the Hamilton Food Shelf. Those touring the glamper sites will be voting for their favorite glamper and glamper owner. Be prepared to dress in the theme of your glamper.

We're looking forward to fun-filled days, great meals and wonderful and productive sewing sessions. Accessibility to 17 fully-stocked MSQC shops is much more than you can expect at any other retreat! What could be better than a weekend of the two things we love most in the world -- glamping and quilting!!

If you are bringing someone along you can purchase a companion ticket which will cover all of their meals and Scavenger Hunt for $100.

3:00 pm - Orientation Meeting (Main Retreat Center Downtown)

3:30 - 5:00 pm - Scavenger Hunt (MSQC Quilt Shops & Local Merchants)

6:00 pm Dinner

6:30 pm Open Sew

We only offer 3 meal options: a regular diet, gluten free and lactose intolerant. If one of these meals does not cover your dietary needs, we offer a stipend to help cover the cost of your meals while you are visiting with us.
